Making a booking enquiry

There are two ways to make your booking, choose whichever suits you:

• Telephone us on 01397 700451

Then please send us your deposit ASAP using one of the methods below

Payment

Bookings will be confirmed on receipt of a 50% non-returnable deposit of the tuition fee. The remainder, plus accommodation costs should be paid on arrival.

• Cheques - Please make cheques payable to Alan Kimber and post to 'Calluna', Heathercroft, Fort William, Scotland, PH33 6RE.
  
• Cards - VISA - MASTERCARD - DELTA credit cards can be accepted for payment. A charge of 1.5% is added to this form of payment. Please telephone us or fax your details through or click to make payment online.
  
  
• Bank transfer of Sterling fees are possible. Please ask for details.
  

Insurance

Mountaineering holiday insurance for UK residents is strongly recommended, especially to cover cancellation. Currently the British Mountaineering Council BMC offer this sort or policy.

Cancellation Policy

Any cancellations made within four weeks of the course dates will forfeit the whole course fee unless a replacement can be found.
