This afternoon the Aberdeen Asset team were in good shape and still moving along. By now they should be into the jumar and abseil near Ardverikie Wall. Last night they managed some sleep in a mountain bothy, but complained about too much snoring. Such tender people these adventure racers!

Check out The World Championship Adventure Race. Helen has sustained a bad knock to her left hip on one of the pool plunge sections, but is carrying on smiling as usual. Hopefully more news and pictures to follow.
